The staff member went above and beyond, providing us with cleaning supplies when we encountered an odor in the second room. However, cleanliness was an issue as some areas had not been properly cleaned.

The facilities for my handicapped wife were excellent, featuring grab bars and a comfortable walk-in shower. During our 2-night stay, the indoor pool and hot tub were impressively clean without any overwhelming chemical odors. However, the experience was marred by inadequate security, which resulted in our truck being vandalized, leaving us with $800 in damages. Furthermore, our room had cleanliness issues, including stains and crumbs, and our key card consistently failed, disrupting our access.

We had a comfortable stay during our visit to SeaWorld. The hotel was clean, and having a Starbucks on-site made mornings with our little one easier. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as St Mary's University.

My kids wished the pool was warmer. the water was chilly. An improvement would be having a consistent temperature, as kids love to splash around.

Had a decent time here. The staff were super friendly and the room was comfy, but no housekeeping during my stay was a letdown. Breakfast was just old bagels with fruit flies, which was gross. The picnic area was a cool spot to relax outside, though.
